Craig is Africa's largest elephant, one of only about 20 Big Tuskers remaining worldwide. Each of his tusks weighs roughly 100 pounds. Despite his imposing size, he was a gentle giant who allowed us to approach closely. Eventually, we spent time together, even sharing breakfast beside him.
